Agreement

By using MathNotes, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Plans and billing

• • Free: limited local use with ads
• • Plus: paid plan with expanded note, sync, calculator, export, and Mathpix access
• • Pro: paid plan that includes everything in Plus plus full AI access
• • Paid plans are charged through Apple ID or Google Play where available
• • Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• • Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store or Google Play settings

Your content

You own your notes. We store them to provide the service. Don't use MathNotes for illegal content.

AI

• • AI content may have errors. You're responsible for reviewing it.
• • Multiple AI providers process your content (Claude, Gemini, Grok, OpenAI, Mathpix)
• • Content you submit (handwriting, PDFs, text) is sent to third-party AI services
• • AI providers may process data per their own terms

Pricing changes

We may change plans, features, or pricing over time. Existing notes remain accessible unless we explicitly state otherwise.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES FROM USING IT.
